Late cancellations occur when an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a student misses an appointment without cancelling. In both cases students are charged for the full amount for the session.
Life can be unexpected however, and in the event of an emergency I will not charge for the missed session.
If a student cancels with 24 hours notice, they may reschedule the session for a later date.
